3) Q:Can I get a sample before mass production?
A: Of course! The normal produce that we will make the pre-production sample for you to check the quality and design.The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on the samples.
Q: How long can I get the samples?
A: After receiving the sample fee and all the material & design being confirmed.The sample lead time is about 7 working days and express will delivery will take about 3-5 days.
Q: How long is the mass production leadtime?
A: Usually 20-30 days, rush order is available.
Q: You have stock paper box for sale?
A: All our products are designed and made according to customer's demands.
Q: Minimum order quantity?
A: As a general rule our MOQ is 1000pcs. Although on occasions we have order for less than 500.
However,for one of small orders costs are likely be very when compared with the 1000pcs.
4) Order procedures:
When you find the right box types for your productions, with the box type and the photos, please also let us know the inner size of the box and your printing requirement, we have our own inhouse design engineer to help you finalised the printing designs.
Regarding the sampling, we will supply a non printing sample for the fitting test. And then a preproduction sample for design checking. After the approval of the structure and design, we will send Proforma Invoice for deposit. Normally production will take around 2-3 weeks. We will book shipment on customer's behalf when production complete.
Upon receiving the balance payment,We will release the goods for shipment. We will follow on the shipment unitl the customer receive the goods to their satisfaction.
